I'm now translating that experience into hands-on guidance for early-stage startups and scale-ups navigating software implementation, operations, and US market entry.

I'm also a licensed attorney in New York. I don't lead with that here, but it shapes how I think about risk, contracts, and the downstream consequences of technology choices.
